I spent summers at a pioneer camp twice, and exactly there I was caught with news about the outbreak of war. My brother was 14, I was eleven. All children were sent to the forest as planes were already flying; I don’t know now which ones, but in any case a plane in the air was a great event for us. In the evening parents took us home.
